I’m Jessica and I’m the owner of Forever Yoga. Before I became a dedicated practitioner of this practice I lived a life full of anxiety and stress. I was working in a job that didn’t call to my heart, dealing with a ridiculously long and difficult commute each day and striving for an “ideal life” that seemed empty and meaningless. I always felt like something was missing, but I just couldn’t put my finger on what that could be. I had a good job, a loving relationship and a supportive family, but happiness seemed like it was always out of my grasp. In 2009 everything in my world would change…

Traci RYT200 began practicing yoga as a graduate student in Boston as a means of relieving the stress that comes from working and going to school full-time. It wasn’t until 2 years later, when she was completing her internship in Florida and didn’t know anyone, that she took her first Ashtanga class and felt like she had come home. Since then, yoga has continued to bring a sense of comfort, purpose, and balance into her adventure of life.

Addie began practicing yoga in 2010 in curiosity to try something new. Little did she know she was entering the next stage of her spiritual path.  It her yoga practice that has truly helped shape the person she is today. After graduating high school and traveling the west coast, Addie settled in Colorado where she stayed until in 2016.

Heather Larivee

Heather received her 200-hour yoga teacher training from the Kripalu School of Yoga in November 2016. She began her own yoga practice in 2010 as a way to relieve stress and become more connected to herself. After experiencing a traumatic leg injury, she realized it was difficult to find yoga that was accessible to people with physical injuries and limitations—until she learned about chair yoga.

Ashley Peck 

Ashley fell in love with yoga during high school, when she and her earthy-crunchy friend discovered a new yoga studio in their town and began taking classes together a couple nights a week. She maintained a very “on” relationship with yoga throughout high school, but fell into a more tenuous, “will they/won’t they” type of relationship with yoga during her college and post-college years when things like classes, rowing for the women’s crew team, and working multiple jobs got in the way.

Amy has been practicing yoga since the birth of her first child in 2000.  Initially coming to yoga as a form of relaxation, Amy soon realized yoga also provided a physical challenge and a way to find balance in her busy life.  A year later, when she was diagnosed with a chronic illness, Amy’s practice became a way for her to tune into her body, mind and spirit as part of her plan to stay healthy.

Monica discovered the practice of yoga when she was pregnant with her daughter in 1997. Yoga was the beginning of her quest to get healthy. She lost 38 lbs. and began to eat healthier. She discovered quickly that yoga benefits more than just the physical body. She learned thru her yoga practice breathing techniques to help cope with extreme Anxiety Disorder, eliminating the need for medication.

Janice began her practice of yoga in the 70s as a teenager living in the Midwest. It quickly became her way of finding peace as the oldest of 10 children. When the busyness of motherhood took her away from her practice she eventually rediscovered it while on a vacation in Mexico.
