By Donation – CASH ONLY, NO PASSCARDS PLEASE
Join Ashley for a blissful evening of yoga love that begins with a gentle flow and finishes with the guided relaxation of Yoga Nidra! This donation-based class is the perfect way to let go of your cares and worries and move into the rest of your week with a clear head and happy heart. Yoga Nidra is translated as “yogic sleep.” It is one of the deepest forms of meditation and elicits an incredible sense of calmness, quietness, and clarity. It is said that 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equal to four hours of deep sleep. Who doesn’t need that??!
This class will happen on a monthly basis with 50% of donations going to a different charity each month.

Ashley fell in love with yoga during high school, when she and her earthy-crunchy friend discovered a new yoga studio in their town and began taking classes together a couple nights a week. She maintained a very “on” relationship with yoga throughout high school, but fell into a more tenuous, “will they/won’t they” type of relationship with yoga during her college and post-college years when things like classes, rowing for the women’s crew team, and working multiple jobs got in the way.
