About the series:
Using Yoga Tune Up™ Therapy Balls, we will take a rolling anatomy tour through the body to RELEASE aches & pains, RELIEVE tension, and RESTORE ease in the body. Come empower yourself with self massaging techniques to counteract the effects of stress, hydrate muscles, enhance breathing, increase mobility, improve posture, & performance and enable you to live better in your body. It will be UNBALL-IEVABLE how much better you will feel!
About this class:
Back pain can masquerade as hip pain and visa versa. There is a lot of overlap. Due to our modern society, we often develop hip and low back pain. Tightness and pain of hips & low back can create issues with our posture, gait, and cause stress on joints and affect other areas of the body. Come and take a deep dive into the anatomy of your hips and low back. We will use Yoga Tune Up™ Therapy Balls to hydrate muscles, increase mobility and improve your range of motion, along with some corrective exercises targeted for release and relief of sore hips and tired backs.
