The way we eat is directly related to our emotions. We often use food to recreate
pleasurable times or to distract from stress and boredom. Life can be tough, and for
most of us, food is a go-to source of temporary relief. A reprieve of sorts.
But at some point, enough is enough.


If you’re ready to stop feeding your emotions and start nurturing your body, this class is
for you. Together we will explore tricks and processes that directly address the emotional
reasons we eat like we do, allowing us to find both emotional peace AND physical well-
being. In the process we'll systematically address the 7 main triggers to poor eating habits and clearing them for good.


Join us to experience an exercise designed to obliterate cravings and learn more about the upcoming 6-week program designed to undo emotional eating patterns so you can get long term results.
