To benefit Families in Transition

Thursday October 24th, 5:30-6:45pm

Join Jack Olson for a Dynamic Vinyasa Yoga class to benefit the homeless in our area. All proceeds will go to Families in Transition, one of the largest homeless services organizations in New Hampshire. They provide innovative and effective interventions specifically designed to help homeless individuals and families reach beyond the cycle of homelessness to lead healthy and successful lives. They believe that having a home is a basic human right and is fundamental to becoming an engaged and contributing member of our community.

Jack came to yoga in his mid-40’s through on-site corporate yoga classes. What began as a means to complement strength training and help to manage work related stress led to a regular studio and home practice in power vinyasa. After nearly 30 years in the high tech industry, Jack retired and completed his 200 hour YogaWorks Yoga Teacher Training in 2019 to help deepen his practice. With no initial intention to teach, yoga changed him in unexpected ways and Jack is now thrilled to be teaching and sharing yoga with others. Jack is also a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach.
