Saint Patrick’s Day Yin to Flow

with Jessica and Susan Lawrence playing LIVE Celtic Harp Music

Sunday March 17th, 4-5:30pm

Cost: $25.00 in advance, $30.00 at the door

Join Jessica for this fun LIVE music class on Saint Patrick’s Day! We’ll start slow and steady with a few Yin postures to settle in to our bodies and begin to enjoy the glorious sounds of Susan’s Celtic Harp music. Eventually, we’ll pick up the pace a bit and “do a little jig” in a more dance-like vinyasa based practice that will have us building up a little momentum and a little sweat. At the end we’ll wind down to the floor for an extended rest in Shavasana that will help us follow the rainbow to the pot of gold at the end! It’s sure to be a fun filled class with a surprise or two along the way and plenty of time for you to head out and celebrate some more afterwards!
