Mantra: Life-changing Words of Power & Grace

with Jessica M. Lang Wright

Tuesday April 16th, 7-9pm

Cost: $30.00 in advance/$40.00 at the door or day of event

We all have aspects of our lives we’d like to change. Perhaps you are struggling with love, fear, health, finances, personal power or all of the above. While our physical practice of yoga can certainly help us change these things, another important and powerful life-changing tool we can use is Sanskrit Mantra.

In this workshop, Jessica will dive deeper into the practice of mantra that she presents in all her weekly yoga classes. You’ll learn

  • How Sanskrit mantras work and why they are more effective than other mantras

  • The benefits of working with Sanskrit mantras in groups

  • Safety considerations when working with Sanskrit mantra

  • An accessible path to using Sanskrit mantra to create personal change

  • How Sanskrit Mantra can be an effective and accessible meditation practice for those with anxiety or who find meditation difficult

  • Simple Sanskrit mantras to work with a variety of challenges

  • Resources to continue your practice and learning beyond the workshop

The workshop will include instructions and written and recorded Sanskrit mantras to take home for beginning a personal practice.

Bringing something with you for note taking is highly recommended.

Participants will have the opportunity to sign up for a small group practice and/or a personal consultation at a discount after the workshop.
