with Cassandra Sullivan
Sunday March 11th, 4-6pm
Return your body to a state of balance and calm with Restorative Yoga. Melt into gentle yoga postures, using bolsters, blocks, and blankets to support the body in easeful stretching to release tension. Soothing breathwork, loving hands-on touch, and essential oil aromatherapy help bring you deeper into a state of bliss! We will end with an extended shavasana and Yoga Nidra, a guided conscious relaxation meditation, allowing for deep levels of healing to occur on the physical, mental and emotional planes. All levels are welcome. Participants will receive a special essential oil gift to take home with them!
Cassandra Sullivan began practicing yoga while in college in NYC. She loved the feeling of peace and calm she experienced during each class and wanted to share this feeling and her love of yoga with others. She started her 200 hr Vinyasa Yoga teacher training in 2013 at Flor Yoga in Jersey City. Since then, she has completed additional trainings in Kids Yoga and Yin Yoga, along with a mentorship in Restorative Yoga at Pure Yoga in NYC. After living in the NYC area for nine years, Cassandra returned to her New Hampshire roots. She currently resides in Peterborough, NH with her husband, Kyle, their pitbull puppy and four cats. Cassandra’s classes are accessible for all levels, and help connect the mind, body, and spirit. Cassandra is a regular weekly instructor at Forever Yoga.
