Forms of Payment
We accept cash, personal checks, Apple Pay and credit cards at the studio. Visit our Shop page to purchase any passcard online.
PLEASE NOTE: Checks returned for insufficient funds will be subject to a $20.00 fee.
For 5, 10 and 25 class passcards - if you don't use up your classes before the expiration date and purchase a new passcard of at least 5 classes within two weeks after that expiration date, we will roll over your unused classes to the new passcard with the new expiration date. New passcard may be purchased at your first visit to the studio after your expiration date or online before your first class after the expiration date.
For example, if your 10 class passcard expired July 27th and you had 2 unused classes, but bought a 5 class passcard on July 29th, that passcard would now have 7 classes on it with the new expiration date of September 29th.
Rollover does not happen automatically in our online system and must be adjusted manually. Please allow some time for this to show up on your online account, even when making your purchase through our website.
Please contact the studio if you have questions about this policy.

Children in Classes
At Forever Yoga, our first and foremost concern is for the safety and comfort of all of our students. Our regular classes are not appropriate for the special needs of a growing child. The teaching of yoga to children is something that requires special training and consideration, as well as an environment where the needs of the child both physically and mentally are met with utmost care. We take these needs very seriously. This is not something that all of our teachers are trained to do, and our classes are not generally focused on these needs, they are focused on the needs of adults. We do understand that some children are more mature than others, and may benefit greatly from the practice of yoga in the studio environment.
Therefore, no one under the age of 16 may attend a regular class. Children 16-18 years old MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN. That parent or guardian will be required to sign a liability waiver for the child BEFORE the class or they may not participate in the class. Please allow extra time to complete this paperwork when coming to the studio for the first time or you may be refused admission to the class. The parent will also be required to be a participant in the class along side a child of this age range. Children in this age group may be asked not to return if they do not exhibit the maturity level necessary to be a focused part of the class after their first class. This decision will be made at the discretion of the teacher in consultation with the studio owner.
Should you have questions about this policy or what might be appropriate for your child, please contact the studio by phone or email before attending your first class. (Policy updated 11.9.15)
Lost and Found - Items left behind at the studio will be held for 30 days. After that time they will be donated to an appropriate charity.
Class Attendance - Scheduled classes that do not meet a two student minimum for attendance will proceed at the discretion of the teacher.
Financial hardship? Out of work? Having a hard time fitting classes into your budget? Work exchange may be available upon request.
