Sarah McEntee - Instructor
Sarah McEntee, RYT 200 discovered the joys of yoga later in life, when she was seeking relief from the chronic aches associated with her years of working as a paramedic. After several years of expanding her own personal daily practice, she was ready to share her love of yoga with others. Sarah completed her 200- hour YTT program in Amherst, NH in May of 2018, and in January of 2019 completed the Josh Summers 50-hour Yin teacher training in Milton, MA. She is currently working on her Warriors at Ease level 1 and Yoga for First Responders teacher programs in order to incorporate the benefits of yoga into first responder wellness and tactical preparedness programs. Sarah enjoys teaching Yin yoga, hatha yoga, and gentle/slow flow yoga all with an emphasis on functional alignment, breath/body integration and mindfulness. She encourages students to recognize and honor their uniqueness in body and mind as they travel their individual yoga journey.
