For years I’ve listened to the hopes, fears and difficulties of life with my private yoga clients. So many times, we’ve spent more time in their lessons talking about their lives than moving their bodies because they just needed someone else to listen. While I was able to be a friendly ear and provide coaching and advice from the perspective of Yoga Philosophy and provide them something very valuable, I’ve often wanted to be able to give them real and permanent solutions to what they were experiencing that physical movement and awareness just couldn’t provide. As I did my own work combining Yoga, Meditation and PSTEC in my own life, I experienced the dramatic results first hand. Things like:

All of these things happened to me. And I owe a great deal of it to PSTEC. So in November of 2020 I became a Certified PSTEC Practitioner and am now making individual private coaching available that combines Yoga, Meditation and PSTEC.

While many of us want to rely on our own inner resources to solve our deepest concerns, sometimes “You can’t see the forest for the trees.” When our emotions overwhelm us, it’s nearly impossible to make good decisions. Our emotional triggers take over and logic and clarity don’t have a chance. Having a neutral third party to walk with you, someone outside of your own closeness to the problems can be incredibly valuable. That’s what I provide in these private coaching sessions.
How Does Coaching Work?
In our first session, we’ll discuss your situation in detail and begin to formulate some clear goals for our work together. We’ll then walk through the process of working with PSTEC and you’ll do a round or two under my watchful eye to make sure the process is clear. We’ll make sure you have access to the PSTEC click tracks outside of our sessions together and you’ll be given some simple “homework” to do on your own to start your journey to relief. If the word “homework” is intimidating don’t worry! We’ll start by helping you release that fear!
As with any process of self discovery, there may be twists and turns along the way. In subsequent sessions we’ll begin with checking in on your progress and what’s come up for you while you’ve worked on your homework. We’ll then use combinations of simple movement, guided meditation and PSTEC work to continue moving you towards your goals. You’ll be given a clear path forward to work with on your own between each session. You’ll also have the ability to contact me in between sessions if you get stuck along the way. I’m here to support you!
All sessions are held online via Zoom, FaceTime or Skype from the comfort of your own home (or wherever you are in the world!).
What Won’t Happen if You Do This Work
You won’t lose all of your emotions. That’s not how this works. You will still experience joy and sadness and everything in between. Your emotions just won’t rule your life and cloud your judgement.
You won’t forget every bad thing that ever happened to you. PSTEC doesn’t erase your memory. It just allows those memories to be seen more clearly, through a lens of calm and clarity so you can make better choices going forward.
You won’t lose who you are. Your personality will remain. It might even get just a little more happy!
You won’t have someone doing it for you. You have to dive in and make it happen. You’ll have to work on your own. But I’ll be there to guide you every step of the way!
What Will Happen if You Do This Work
You’ll uncover the truth about what’s been running your life without you even realizing. We all have programming running in the background that we’re typically unaware of and much of it is negative. You’ll be able to move forward in ways you might not have imagined to be possible.
You’ll be able to make decisions with clarity and ease. Your False Evidence Appearing Real will fade away so that you’ll know you’re on the right path.
You’ll have a greater sense of peace. The things that used to bother you SO MUCH will take up less mental space and energy that you can use for bigger and better things in your life.
You’ll have a greater sense of satisfaction in your life. The things that held you back from being the person you want to be and doing the things you want to do will start to disappear. There are few things in life better than that!
