The healing power of the outdoors has become more and more a part of my life and practice in the last several years. Given how powerful this has been for me, I’m planning offerings incorporating outdoor interaction with the power of yoga and movement to share with you. To get started, I’ll be sharing more of my personal journey through hiking, camping and being in the outdoors and will include some resources here to help YOU be inspired to get out there and have fun in a safe way for yourself and the environment.
